Each day is packed with a variety of farm experiences—from simple building projects and beginner gardening to caring for friendly farm animals. Campers will get their hands dirty (in the best way!), build confidence, and enjoy plenty of time for imagination and outdoor play.

Whether they’re feeding animals, planting seeds, or just running and laughing in the sunshine, your child will experience the joy of farm life while learning valuable skills through play.

Elementary age

Let your child unplug, explore, and experience real farm life at Friendly Farm! Our Elementary Day Camp is designed for children in kindergarten through rising 5th grade, offering hands-on activities, outdoor adventure, and plenty of good old-fashioned fun.

Campers will take part in a wide variety of farm experiences—from building projects and gardening to helping care for animals. They’ll gain confidence, learn practical skills, and enjoy the freedom of being outdoors, working with their hands, and making new friends.

Each day brings something new, whether it’s planting in the garden, learning how things are built on the farm, interacting with animals, or just enjoying time to run, play, and be kids. This camp is perfect for children who love to stay active, get a little dirty, and experience life beyond screens.

Middle school

Ready to trade screens for real work and real skills? At Friendly Farm’s Junior Farmhand Camp, rising 6th–8th graders step into the role of a working farmhand for the week.

This isn’t just a camp—it’s hands-on, real-life experience.

Campers will take on meaningful responsibilities across the farm: helping with animal care, tackling building and repair projects, working in the garden, and learning what it truly takes to run a farm. They’ll be challenged, expected to work as a team, and pushed to step up—while still having plenty of fun along the way.

We keep it real. Some tasks are hard. Some days are hot. But that’s where confidence is built.

By the end of the week, campers won’t just have memories—they’ll have skills, pride in their work, and a sense of accomplishment that sticks.
